The GP500 replica is molded of rigid polyurethane foam with steel suspension hooks molded in and bolted to a center support shaft. The suspension hooks have been tested and will support 9 times the weight of the replica. It is painted with a lacquer-based paint OD over all, yellow TNT stripes and black stenciling. The fins are an all-steel spot-welded construction, and attach to the replica with an ABS attaching nut. The nose and tail fuses are a CNC turned aluminum piece with stainless steel arming vane. The stainless steel arming wire with safety clips give this replica the finishing touch. For that authentic, heavy “I mean business” look for your display, this replica can not be beat.
