The GP250 replica is molded of rigid polyurethane from an original casting, with steel suspension hooks molded in and bolted to a center support shaft. The suspension hooks have been tested and will support 6 times the replica weight.
It is painted OD green over all, yellow TNT stripes and black stenciling. The fins are an all-steel spot-welded construction, and attach to the replica with an ABS attaching nut. The nose and tail fuses are CNC turned aluminum pieces with steel arming vanes. The steel arming wire with safety clips give this replica the finishing touch.
The GP250 was used against such targets as railway equipment and trackage, rail terminals and buildings of similar construction, ammunition dumps and seacraft such as submarines, transports, destroyers, etc.
